Duties and Responsibilities As a Certified Medical Assistant Telehealth Technician, you will be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming, and confidential environment for our Veterans by managing real-time telehealth events, providing instructions for patients, and providing technical and administrative support for telehealth operations.
