Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of healthcare onboarding, HR operations, or credentialing experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for clinical new hires
• Coordinate health clearances, licensure verification, credentialing, and mandatory education
• Act as liaison between new hires, recruiters, credentialing, occupational health, IT, and clinical leadership
• Communicate onboarding requirements, timelines, and expectations
• Track onboarding KPIs including Time to start Clearance completion rates Orientation attendance Onboarding satisfaction feedback
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
• Support clinical orientation sessions, welcome events, and onboarding workshops
• Assist with clinical competency days and open houses as assigned
