About The Position

The Clinical Office Leader will collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional clinic operations through effective patient and employee care. This individual is a culture leader focused on creating a culture of excellence that encourages team members to take ownership of problems and opportunities. The role is responsible for a single clinic or a territory of clinics, reporting to an assigned Office Manager. Key responsibilities include people management, handling clinic Human Resource functions, managing staff, and addressing customer complaints related to the clinic(s). This position has the authority to oversee clinic personnel, provide staff directions, manage staff scheduling, labor management, basic employee relations, and performance management. It also encompasses maintaining the professional appearance of the clinic, ensuring appropriate supply levels, and fostering teamwork and communication at the assigned location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferrable in Human Resource, Business, or Heath Care
  • 2+ years of Human Resource experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of health care experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create schedules for the Receptionist, Medical Assistants, and Office Administrative staff
  • Monitor, Approve, and deny PTO requests for the Receptionist, Medical Assistants, and Office Administrative staff
  • Be first point of contact for all clinical staff under their purview
  • Manage staff operational quota by handling the interviewing and onboarding process for all clinics under their purview
  • Be part of various staff employee relations process with the division HR team
  • Work with divisional HR to facilitate HR initiatives at the clinic(s) under positions purview
  • Handle patient complaints in relation to the staff and the clinic(s)
  • Mentoring staff on HR topics as well as customer service and clinical care topics
  • Applies excellent customer service standards for all interactions with facilities providing data to OIW
  • Maintains patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
  • Follow all HIPAA & OSHA standards
  • Other tasks as required by provider
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
