This role, located at All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI, within the ED/ICU department, is a full-time day shift position focused on improving and coordinating patient care, leading complex patient care management, driving quality and safety improvements, coordinating high-quality care for diverse patient populations, and developing proactive health promotion and prevention practices.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
  • Master's degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical Nurse Leader certification issued by the Commission of Nurse Certification (CNC) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Improve and coordinate patient care.
  • Lead the management of complex patient care by leveraging advanced clinical knowledge, experience, and creative approaches to achieve superior patient outcomes.
  • Drive quality and safety improvements across the patient journey, specifically minimizing nursing sensitive measures and reducing hospital-acquired conditions to elevate patient satisfaction and education.
  • Coordinate seamless, high-quality care for diverse patient populations, ensuring every patient receives the most effective level of care in a cost-effective manner.
  • Develop and implement proactive health promotion and prevention practices for the effective management of acute and chronic illnesses, which enables appropriate lengths of stay.
