This role is for a Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) in Perioperative Services at UVA Health. As a member of the Unit-Based Leadership (UBL) team, the CNL is responsible for supporting nursing professional practice through professional development, evidence-based practice (EBP), and unit-based quality improvement (QI) for one or more microsystems.
