Clinical Manager
About The Position
Consistent with Oregon Tech’s polytechnic designation and hands-on mission, University Health and Wellness operates a series of clinics which provide the opportunity for students to hone their skills by working with real-world patients in real-world settings. The Clinical Manager provides oversight to all Clinical Services staff working in all the clinics, as well as managing clinic functioning. The university plans on expanding the number of clinics in the future, and the Clinical Manager would oversee any additional clinics that are launched, as well. The Clinical Manager is responsible for personnel management, facilitating day-to-day operations, serving as a liaison to academic faculty, and nurturing relationships with stakeholders. This position reports to the Executive Director of University Health and Wellness.
Nice To Haves
- Masters degree in Public Health, Higher Education or related field
- Prefer 5 years experience working in a management or supervisory role within a clinical setting (either medical or behavioral health).
- Experience with policy/procedure development and strategic planning
- Candidates with initiative and a willingness to function independently are preferred.
