We are currently seeking a dedicated, compassionate Nurse-Leader to join our Team! This position is Full-time with a schedule of 40-hours per week, Monday - Friday. As a Clinical Manager, Functions as a role model in area of clinical specialty, demonstrating competency in clinical judgment, selected technical skills and appropriate knowledge base to lead and guide staff. Demonstrates clinical expertise in the execution of the nursing process and directs staff in its application to promote safe, effective, and appropriate care. You will work with your team’s Case Mangers, Social Workers, Chaplains, and CNAs, as well as our Hospice Physicians, to ensure that staff is familiar with and adheres to HOC policies and procedures. We empower our Clinical Managers to serve as a resource to your staff on care continuity and quality.
