About The Position

Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services provide rapid, intensive, in-home support during critical periods following a crisis, including one-on-one support, crisis and safety planning, family support and coaching, behavior management, and coordination with community supports. The Clinical Program Manager (Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing the clinical, operational, and fiscal aspects of these services. This role involves supervising all therapeutic programming, ensuring clinical services meet the needs of individuals and adhere to company best practices. The manager participates in treatment planning, reviews, and team meetings, supporting individualized, trauma-informed interventions. Key responsibilities include ensuring treatment fidelity across specialized programs (e.g., DBT, CSEC, PBIS) and coordinating multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatry and child family teams to support integrated care. The position also requires providing on-call support and appropriate clinical coverage, delivering high-quality treatment and support services, and following state regulations and Devereux's Philosophy of Care. The Clinical Program Manager is expected to promote a safe, therapeutic environment and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funding agencies, referral sources, and families. Devereux is a large nonprofit organization providing behavioral healthcare services, insight, and leadership, impacting over 10,000 children, adults, and their families annually across various programs including autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, specialty mental health, education, and foster care. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social work
  • Associate or Independent license through AZBBHE (required)
  • Five (5) years related experience working with adolescents
  • Two-year supervisory experience
  • Leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem solve effectively
  • Utilization of routine office equipment (copier, computer, printer, fax, etc.)
  • Routine light lifting of 10 lbs. or less
  • Ability to travel within Devereux-Arizona (Maricopa/Pima Counties) utilizing your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement); includes overnight stays when necessary
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check
  • Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
  • Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment
  • Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
  • Attend full time new hire orientation Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm (paid)
