Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services provide rapid, intensive, in-home support during critical periods following a crisis, including one-on-one support, crisis and safety planning, family support and coaching, behavior management, and coordination with community supports. The Clinical Program Manager (Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing the clinical, operational, and fiscal aspects of these services. This role involves supervising all therapeutic programming, ensuring clinical services meet the needs of individuals and adhere to company best practices. The manager participates in treatment planning, reviews, and team meetings, supporting individualized, trauma-informed interventions. Key responsibilities include ensuring treatment fidelity across specialized programs (e.g., DBT, CSEC, PBIS) and coordinating multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatry and child family teams to support integrated care. The position also requires providing on-call support and appropriate clinical coverage, delivering high-quality treatment and support services, and following state regulations and Devereux's Philosophy of Care. The Clinical Program Manager is expected to promote a safe, therapeutic environment and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funding agencies, referral sources, and families.
