Field Instructors: LICSWs, LMHCs, LMFT. Description of program and training opportunities: Wayside Metro West Community Services serves a variety of people with serious emotional disturbances through community based interventions: Intensive Care Coordination, Mobile Crisis Intervention, In-Home Therapy, Family Support and Stabilization, Therapeutic Mentoring, Youth Support and Outpatient therapy. We utilize Wraparound, Motivational Interviewing and strength-based models of care to see families not only in the office but also in their homes and provide intensive wrap-around, family-centered, solution-focused treatment. As a member of the site team, interns will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with staff as well as independently with multi-stressed families across multiple settings.
