Clinical Intern Reports To: Supervisor within Clinical and Crisis Services Division This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 during a single calendar week (Monday - Sunday) Position Overview Intern works within the Clinical and Crisis Services Division on assigned cases, projects and tasks while being exposed to the company culture and working environment.

Requirements

  • College undergraduate with degree in human services or related field
  • Computer literacy required
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with flexibility, keeping others informed and anticipating needs is essential
  • Must be efficient, well organized, have excellent communication skills and proficient writing skills with grasp of basic grammar and spelling

Responsibilities

  • Assists supervisor with clinical meetings, support plan developments, and support service delivery
  • Participates in outreach and other meetings with individuals/systems of support as determined by their supervisor
  • Maintains the confidentiality of any information relating to individuals and employees of the organization
  • Assists in the development of PowerPoint presentations
  • Always communicates in a respectful manner with all valued stakeholders including the people we support, supervisors, other valued team members, and members of the community
  • Performs other duties as assigned
