Facilitate electronic health record (EHR) and clinical application training through synchronous and asynchronous methods including computer-based training, facilitated interactive virtual workshops, on-site training, virtual instructor led training and virtual reality/simulation-based scenarios. Conduct testing of lesson plans in the training environment for accuracy following upgrades and other significant changes. Conduct review of training documents for quality, relevancy and accuracy in the training environment annually and maintain current inventory of education materials. Identify opportunities to improve lesson plans, training strategies, curriculum, tactics and offer suggestions for enhancing engagement and support of the training program. Conduct 1:1 personalization session with clinicians to ensure effective and efficient use of the EHR, tailored to the specific needs of the user. Gather feedback on all training delivered. Facilitate follow-up and ongoing training, both in individual and group settings using content based on user data. Assist in the review of all education documents for accuracy and relevance (tip sheets, job aids, quick start guides, etc.) for all clinical end users. Keeps abreast with industry trends and best practices for training and development through continuous education, professional organizations and conferences.
