This role is responsible for the design, deployment, and shared leadership of large-scale plans for nursing strategic initiatives. This includes overseeing entity and system teams composed of Chief Nurse Officers and other nursing directors, managers, and clinicians to ensure successful goal completion. The Project Manager acts as a business owner for projects and a change agent, facilitating alignment of nursing strategic initiatives with THR’s long-term nursing goals through extensive experience and judgment. Key aspects include clear and routine communication to all levels of nursing leadership and care team members regarding progress, value realization, coordination, and resource requirements. The position also involves researching and analyzing complex issues related to THR's processes and systems to drive efficiency and reliability improvements. A critical component is the collection and analysis of data to establish, monitor, and review measures of success, presenting findings to work groups and leadership using data visualization tools, and collaborating with partners to maintain dashboards and benchmarking.
