Job Description Working under the leadership of the Clinical Education Director and in collaboration with the DuraStat Sales team, the Clinical Engagement Specialist is responsible for optimizing clinical awareness, competency, and expertise for Surgeons and OR Spine Staff at facilities that have DuraStat. This is accomplished primarily in person by conducting staff in-services, hands-on procedural spine model training, appropriate case identification training, case coverage/support, and procedural follow-up.
