Over the past three years, Seven Hills has been revitalizing this historic program by expanding services, welcoming new students, and building a passionate team of clinicians, educators, and caregivers who make extraordinary things possible for youth with severe neurodevelopmental disabilities. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Clinical Director to join our leadership team. About the Role: As the Clinical Director, you will guide the vision, quality, and delivery of all clinical services across our residential and educational programs. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape evidence-based practices, and ensure services reflect the highest standards of care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism. This is a mission-driven leadership role for a seasoned clinician ready to elevate a growing program — and the lives of those we serve.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, etc.)
  • Active mental health license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.)
  • 2–3 years of independent clinical practice in educational or residential settings (preferred)
  • Experience supervising clinicians and delivering competency-based training
  • Strong understanding of crisis intervention, evidence-based practice, and person-centered approaches
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise clinical services across school and residential settings
  • Drive a cohesive, multidisciplinary clinical vision for SHNH
  • Supervise licensed clinicians, interns, and fellows
  • Maintain a small clinical caseload (8–10 cases)
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and state agencies
  • Deliver professional development and crisis management training
  • Participate in intake, treatment planning (IEPs), and compliance reviews
  • Maintain clinical documentation aligned with HIPAA and ethical standards
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to clinical best practices
