About The Position

The Clinical Director is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the center mission, vision, and facility goals. You will identify the cost-effective systems needed to support the business of the department taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. The Clinical Director identifies and remedies variances through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement. The Clinical Director works with leadership in meeting facility goals. The Clinical Director oversees all clinical aspects of Endoscopy procedures, including Pre-op/PACU/PAT, endoscopic procedures, and assists where necessary. Monday-Friday work schedule NO call required NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours Pay Range is $128,856 - $161,075 annually, depending on experience

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
  • RN license and able to practice in WA
  • Experience in pre-op, intra-op, post-op care.
  • Two (2) years experience in nursing management.
  • BLS & ACLS Certification required
