About The Position

We are a team of entrepreneurs, clinicians and engineers committed to bringing back joy to the practice of medicine. Together with a community of clinician innovators, we’ve harnessed the best of machine learning science to develop Nabla: the leading AI assistant that’s restoring the human connection at the heart of healthcare. By streamlining clinical documentation, Nabla is helping clinicians focus on what matters most - patient care. Today, over 85,000 clinicians across 130+ healthcare organizations trust Nabla to support how they deliver care every day. We’re at the start of an ambitious journey: Ambient listening, dictation, coding, and command capabilities are all converging into a proactive assistant that intuitively streamlines clinical and financial workflows. Backed by a recent $70M Series C, we’re hiring to build the next generation of clinical AI and improve the lives of clinicians and patients everywhere. This is a great time to join us! 1-Customer & Clinical Leadership You’ll help ensure Nabla is recognized as a brand built by doctors, for doctors—and trusted by healthcare leaders as a credible, forward-thinking tech partner. Bring clinical authority to every customer interaction—leading demos, enterprise discussions, and key meetings to engage both medical and executive audiences. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate clinician feedback into actionable product and workflow improvements. Represent Nabla at major industry events, building authentic relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers. Feed market insights and field learnings back into the team to sharpen our positioning, strengthen our strategy, and drive adoption across leading healthcare organizations. Leverage your clinical network to open doors and expand Nabla’s reach. 2-Product & Clinical Innovation You’ll guide product development through your clinical lens, shaping a roadmap that’s clinically sound, scalable, and loved by physicians. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to assess new and existing features, identify workflow pain points, and ensure Nabla integrates seamlessly into everyday clinical practice. Bridge clinical reality and product innovation—making sure every feature is not only powerful, but genuinely useful in real-world care. Take part in product reviews, usability sessions, and pilot programs to represent the clinician’s voice. Champion intuitive workflows that fit naturally into physicians’ daily routines. Ensure every product upholds the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and compliance. 3-Research & Evaluation You’ll shape the scientific backbone of Nabla, ensuring that our work is grounded in rigorous evidence and validated in real-world settings. Foster research collaborations with Nabla customers and academic partners. Define and track clinical success metrics; contribute to ROI framework development. Support the creation of research articles, case studies, user stories, and validation data. Participate in pilot programs and provide post-implementation insights. Design or review study protocols, outcome measures, and clinician engagement plans. 4-Clinical Strategy & Influence In close collaboration with the CMO, you will develop Nabla’s Clinical Board and its role as a cornerstone of our long-term growth and influence. Accelerate Nabla’s Clinical Board, assembling top-tier medical experts and key opinion leaders (KOLs) across our core segments. Shape Nabla’s clinical strategy, identifying new growth opportunities and areas where our technology can create transformational impact in healthcare. Enhance Nabla’s influence and credibility, positioning the company as a trusted medical authority within the healthcare ecosystem through the visibility and work of the Clinical Board.
