Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in the field of ABA therapy.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Experience with conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and technology used in ABA therapy.
  • Dedication to professional development and staying current with advancements in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), RBTs, and other therapy staff.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA for clients across the lifespan.
  • Conducting assessments, data analysis, and ongoing progress monitoring to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.
  • Developing and delivering training programs for staff to enhance their clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with ethical standards, industry regulations, and relevant guidelines in the field of ABA therapy.
  • Participating in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new clinical staff.
  • Contributing to the clinic's growth and business development initiatives through networking, partnerships, and community engagement.
