Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (or in final stages of licensure)
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or Clinical Director experience preferred
• Strong outpatient orthopedic background
• Confident decision-maker with strong communication skills
• Clinician-first mindset focused on quality outcomes and team development

Nice To Haves

• Vestibular experience or interest is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Evaluate patients and oversee individualized plans of care
• Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions
• Mentor and support Physical Therapists and support staff
• Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture
• Maintain clinical excellence and compliance standards
• Collaborate with ownership on clinic growth and performance
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
