Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of five [5] years in healthcare with progressive responsibility, including supervisory roles. Home health and/or hospice experience recommended.
  • License: A valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license, BSN recommended.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Transportation: Reliable means of transportation for community activities; valid driver’s license and car insurance meeting Pennsylvania state requirements.
