Full-Time Exempt $82,603 Job Summary: The clinical director is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the programs assigned. Clinical director will conduct individual supervision for assigned staff, review documentation for non-independently licensed staff and provide coaching and guidance on diagnosis and quality measures, coordinate with other supervisors in facilitating clinical group supervision, and participate in quality improvement and operational meetings. Clinical director may also provide services to patients which may include biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health related field.
- Current New Mexico independent license in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or marriage and family therapy (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT).
- Have a minimum of two years supervisory experience
