About The Position

Are you an experienced, organized, and dependable LPN looking to take the lead in a specialty clinic with a supportive team and predictable hours? Our Allergy & Asthma practice is seeking a clinical lead LPN who can function as both a hands-on Medical Assistant and a Clinical Manager to ensure smooth, efficient, high-quality patient care. We care for pediatric and adult patients—most of whom are healthy but have quality-of-life concerns that improve dramatically with proper treatment. This role is ideal for an LPN who enjoys autonomy, leadership, and meaningful patient interactions in a calm, structured environment. Requirements

  • Current LPN licensure (required)
  • 2–3+ years of clinical experience preferred (allergy/immunology experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Comfortable mentoring and guiding medical assistants
  • Excellent communication and patient-service skills
  • Proficient with EMR and general computer applications
  • Dependable, self-directed, and professional in all interactions
  • Neat and polished appearance

Nice To Haves

  • allergy/immunology experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Room patients, take vitals, update medical history
  • Assist provider during evaluations and procedures
  • Perform spirometry, FeNO, and breathing tests
  • Conduct allergy prick and intradermal testing
  • Administer allergy injections per approved protocols
  • Monitor patients post-injection for reactions
  • Prepare, clean, and sterilize clinical equipment
  • Educate patients at visits and by phone
  • Call in prescriptions as directed
  • Maintain emergency equipment and readiness
  • Oversee daily clinical workflow and room utilization
  • Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to MAs
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and safety guidelines
  • Maintain inventory of clinical supplies, medications, and emergency equipment
  • Assist in developing and improving clinic processes
  • Coordinate with management and corporate departments when needed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical concerns and operational issues
