The role requires discretion, good judgment, diplomacy, decision-making, and a strong customer service attitude. Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care centers are designed to treat most minor illnesses and injuries, open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days a year, offering an easy, convenient, and affordable option for urgent care. The centers are backed by Texas Health, one of the region’s largest health systems, and are expanding across the Dallas Fort Worth area. The team has achieved and maintains the Commission on Ambulatory and Urgent Care Quality (CAUCQ) Specialty Training Commendation, recognizing focused formalized training in urgent care clinical aspects and patient experience.
