About The Position

Serves as a Clinical Chemist and LRN-C Coordinator (for a Tier 3 LRN-C) in
support of routine clinical chemistry testing at DCHHS and with the Public
Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) program. Collaborates with the Biological
LRN Laboratories. Supports the creation of a laboratory-wide safety culture by
serving as a liaison to the Safety Officer to ensure a healthy and safe
workplace while performing tasks with minimal supervision and extensive latitude
for using initiative and independent judgment.

Responsibilities
