We’re looking for a detail-oriented Clinical Center Associate Trainee or Clinical Center Associate I to keep our various units running smoothly. Day shift opportunities are available primarily within inpatient and clinic settings. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face and steady hand behind the scenes—answering calls, assisting patients and visitors, managing clinic schedules, and accurately recording physician orders. You’ll help guide patients through their visits, handle co-pay collections with care and professionalism, and collaborate closely with a supportive care team. Working in a confidential, supervised setting, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service, seamless operations, and a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Starting hourly rate for the Clinical Center Associate I position is $21.81. Both positions includes a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

  • Required Education and Experience for Clinical Center Associate Trainee: High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and one (1) year of full-time experience in customer service.
  • Required Education and Experience for Clinical Center Associate I: 1. Medical Office Assistant Associate’s degree; or 2. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or 3. High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma, completion of an Roswell Park-approved Medical Assistant certificate program and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or 4. High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or 5. High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in customer service and successful completion of a Clinical Center Associate traineeship at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (Roswell Park).
