About The Position

Serves as primary point of contact for Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software issues for Enhabit Home Health & Hospice. Triages tickets, ensures tickets are directed to the appropriate team in a timely manner, and coordinates communications and educational opportunities with software management and members of the operations team. Supports database management, computer applications, and applicable operating systems, with an emphasis on entering data into the HCHB system quickly and accurately, and devising solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills. Experience must include proficient knowledge and understanding of computers and software systems, particularly Microsoft excel.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of office operations, including standard operating procedures, payroll, billing processes, or human resources, is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical, software, and operational support timely; physician and facility entry.
  • Provide accurate communication between the HCHB vendor and branch representatives; research issues, and escalate for timely resolution, as needed.
  • Coordinate branch communications with department leadership; escalate issues, as needed.
  • Identify and educate on utilization deficiencies; as it pertains to valid data, and appropriate requests to aid in database integrity.
  • Assist with the execution of daily branch and home office operations, as directed; in compliance with conditions of participation in Medicare/Medicaid, and Enhabit standard operating procedures, job descriptions, and policies and procedures.
  • Develop software help knowledge-based articles (KBA); assist with end user education, as directed.
  • Assist in special projects pertaining to company utilization of the HCHB software, as directed.
  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and team-centered customer service approach in every interaction.
  • Demonstrate qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.
