Serves as primary point of contact for Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software issues for Enhabit Home Health & Hospice. Triages tickets, ensures tickets are directed to the appropriate team in a timely manner, and coordinates communications and educational opportunities with software management and members of the operations team. Supports database management, computer applications, and applicable operating systems, with an emphasis on entering data into the HCHB system quickly and accurately, and devising solutions to ensure smooth operations.
