About The Position

We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Wellness Advocate Lead to oversee daily guest experience and operational excellence within our Wellness Clinic. This role is ideal for someone with a background in wellness, med spa, or integrative health operations who thrives on both people leadership and hands-on guest interaction. As the first point of contact for both clients and staff, you’ll model hospitality, guide the Wellness Advocate team, and ensure that every guest encounter reflects the Preserve Life standard of professionalism, education, and care. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in wellness, spa, or medical aesthetics operations
  • Leadership or supervisory experience (team lead or shift lead level)
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of holistic health, nutrition, or med spa therapies
  • Professional demeanor and ability to uphold brand standards

Nice To Haves

  • Certification or coursework in Health Coaching, Aesthetics, or Wellness Management
  • Familiarity with wellness technology (IV therapy, light therapy, recovery tools, etc.)
  • Experience in client scheduling software or spa POS systems
  • Background or interest in nutrition and longevity science

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Wellness Clinic and floor activities
  • Serve as shift lead—supervising Wellness Advocates and ensuring seamless guest flow
  • Monitor cleanliness, readiness, and ambiance of all guest-facing spaces
  • Support staff scheduling, daily task delegation, and performance feedback
  • Report inventory needs, maintenance issues, or client feedback to management
  • Greet guests and ensure a warm, professional, and knowledgeable experience
  • Assist with service orientation, check-in/check-out, and payment processing
  • Guide guests through recovery and therapy protocols (e.g., red light, IV therapy prep, sauna)
  • Educate guests on products, supplements, and longevity programs
  • Handle escalated client questions or special requests with poise and care
  • Train new Wellness Advocates on guest experience, brand standards, and safety procedures
  • Coach team members in product knowledge, communication, and wellness education
  • Foster a collaborative, motivating, and learning-oriented culture
  • Assist with community events, membership programs, and education sessions
  • Support RDNs, CNS, nutrition coaches, clinicians, and therapists in coordinating client schedules
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and procedural standards
