About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a motivated and experienced Clinic Supervisor to join their 87th Internal Medicine department. In this role, the supervisor will provide daily supervision and support to clinic staff while advancing strategic goals related to performance and patient/customer service outcomes. Working under the direction of division leadership, the supervisor will help ensure smooth daily operations and a high standard of care and efficiency. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions, including vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. The ability to work with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas is an essential function. Vancouver Clinic is the largest multi-specialty clinic in Southwest Washington, a physician-owned group focused on excellent patient care. Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Knowledge of clinic operational areas
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to confront and address issues with staff
  • PC utilization and software skills
  • Familiarity with HR employment law, record keeping and confidentiality fundamentals
  • Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare Administration degree or related bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
