The supervisor must maintain day-to-day operations by monitoring process steps, understanding variables, and facilitating corrections as needed. Exceptional communication skills are required to clearly communicate expectations with all team members. As a working supervisor, this position actively collaborates with practitioners and clinical staff, assisting with rooming patients and any procedures needed throughout the day.
