Clinic Phlebotomy Supervisor
About The Position
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 8am-5pm M-F Hours may vary with need. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E STATE ST. Requirements
- Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or five years of phlebotomy experience.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Phlebotomy experience.
- Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT).
Nice To Haves
