Requirements

  • Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a related field, with a preference for a Master's Degree, CPA, Internal Audit Certification, or Juris Doctor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of confidentiality laws related to primary care, mental health, and substance abuse
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a positive work environment, promoting dignity and respect for clients, personnel, and stakeholders
  • Supervise assigned staff, including performance coaching, evaluation completion, and performance management
  • Monitor provider schedules, no-shows, and cancellations, ensuring efficient workflows and minimizing deficiencies
  • Oversee benefit verification, billing, and data management, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to promote program growth and excellence
  • Participate in strategic planning, identifying staffing needs, and contributing to the growth and development of the organization
