Premier Medical resources is looking for a Primary Care Clinic Manager to join our team! SUMMARY: The Manager, Primary Care Clinic, is responsible for the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and compliance with healthcare organization regulations. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences while training and managing staff performance and clinic resources. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth. Administrative duties such as oversee patient scheduling, medical records, and patient communications. Ensure accurate documentation and efficient workflow. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of patient services, addressing patient concerns and optimizing the patient experience. Manage budgeting, billing, invoicing, and collection processes, to ensure maximum reimbursement. Assist with financial reporting and reconciliation. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as clinic policies and quality standards. Monitor and maintain clinic supplies, equipment, and inventory to support clinic operations. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for senior leadership. Work closely with healthcare providers, external vendors, and internal departments to streamline processes and address clinic needs. Oversee the daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care. Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency. Maintain schedules, ensuring adequate coverage. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance staff productivity and morale. Ensure ongoing training and development to maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices. Monitor patient flow and reduce wait times without compromising care quality. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. Maintain accurate and secure patient records, adhering to HIPAA and other privacy regulations. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Experience in managing primary care clinics. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance billing, and reimbursement processes. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED. Five (5) years of experience in a primary care setting with multiple providers. One (1) year of experience in a management role.
