Responsibilities

  • Forge deep, trusting bonds with patients and staff using outstanding interpersonal abilities, whether face-to-face or via phone.

  • Uphold impeccable clinic standards in cleanliness, staff performance, and efficiency with proactive, involved leadership.

  • Swiftly identify and resolve issues in clinical or operational protocols, service quality, or team dynamics with innovative fixes.
  • Stay one step ahead by spotting emerging opportunities and hurdles to propel the clinic toward even greater triumphs.
  • Direct daily workflows, from seamless opening/closing routines to patient intake, appointment booking, and secure financial transactions.
  • Excel in critical functions like benefits confirmation, EMR analytics, product merchandising, stock control, and banking procedures.
  • Harness approved phone scripts to book consultations and captivate patients with engaging interactions.
  • Deliver persuasive one-on-one sessions to showcase services, welcome new patients, and boost revenue.
  • Nurture patient relationships with timely follow-ups on progress, no-shows, and overall satisfaction to guarantee rave experiences.
  • Handle vital clinical duties such as capturing patient vitals, conducting EKGs, giving injections, and performing phlebotomy (with training available if required).
  • Offer customized nutrition advice and progress coaching during weekly check-ins to propel patients toward their wellness aspirations.
  • Precisely record patient advancements in charts and/or EMR platforms.
  • Step up for extra clinical responsibilities as the team needs to keep everything running smoothly.
