Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • Proven experience in clinic or healthcare facility management, ideally within orthopedics or specialty clinics
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing, and insurance procedures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate with orthopedic physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient services
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinic policies
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain excellent patient satisfaction
  • Manage administrative tasks including billing, coding, and insurance processing
  • Monitor clinic financial performance and implement strategies for operational improvement
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
  • Support marketing and community outreach efforts to promote the clinic’s services
