About The Position

Join our dynamic team at Cowlitz Family Health Center as a Clinic Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of community healthcare! As the Clinic Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind day-to-day operations—interviewing, hiring, training, and empowering your team to deliver outstanding service. You’ll oversee workflow, performance evaluations, and problem-solving with confidence and compassion, all while upholding the highest standards of organizational policies and compliance. Wage Range: $69,305.60 - $74,634.55 Annually Schedule: Monday Through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm FTE: 1.0

Requirements

  • Hold and maintain related clinical licensure/certifications; without restriction, probation, or limiting condition or threat thereof; including meeting all requirements for ongoing training and supervision as required for providing clinical supervision as a medical clinic manager: RN, LPN, or Certified Medical Assistant, or equivalent. RN preferred.
  • Associate, bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing or medical assisting,
  • 1-4 years previous progressively responsible supervisory experience or the equivalent; previous supervisory experience in a similar program/clinic setting preferred
  • Knowledge of CLIA, (health care related) OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based preventive health, chronic disease, & primary care.
  • A valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
