About The Position

The Clinic Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring daily clinic operations run smoothly while supporting providers, staff, and patients. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous healthcare or clinic coordination experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and adapt in a dynamic clinic setting.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and provider support.
  • Oversee scheduling, registration, and front-office functions.
  • Assist with staff onboarding, training, and compliance tracking.
  • Ensure medical records and documentation are complete and accurate.
  • Partner with providers and leadership to address operational challenges.
