About The Position

Examinetics is hiring a Clinic Account Coordinator to join our growing team! This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the clinic network used by Examinetics' client companies. This position requires strong ownership, proactive communication, and persistent follow-up to ensure requests are completed accurately and within expected timelines. Requirements

  • 2+ years of related work experience in healthcare operations, network coordination, vendor management, or similar operational roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing service requests or projects requiring coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment with competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and drive issues through to completion.
  • Strong follow-up and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams, clinics, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic operational environments.
  • Ability to identify risks or delays early and escalate appropriately.
  • Comfortable working across departments to coordinate solutions and maintain service continuity.
  • High level of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational demands.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clinic network capabilities, services, and availability.
  • Identify network gaps or service limitations and partner with internal teams to develop timely solutions.
  • Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders regarding network status, delays, risks, and resolution timelines.
  • Drive service requests, clinic onboarding, and issue resolution to completion through consistent follow-up and coordination.
  • Maintain persistent communication with clinics and vendors to ensure timely responses and service delivery.
  • Escalate issues appropriately when service timelines, client commitments, or operational performance are at risk.
  • Manage relationships with clinic network partners and vendors, including account setup, contract coordination, and service issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, regarding network operations and data security.
  • Monitor network performance trends and recommend improvements to strengthen service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Track outstanding requests and ensure no tasks remain unresolved or uncommunicated.
