About The Position

This role focuses on designing and delivering high-impact training and community experiences for enterprise clients, supporting adoption, engagement, and long-term value across employee populations. You will lead virtual and in-person facilitation, develop scalable learning programs, and manage community initiatives that strengthen client relationships. The position blends hands-on delivery with content development, instructional design, and cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Client Success, Product, and leadership teams. The environment is dynamic, mission-driven, and client-focused, requiring adaptability, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills. Your work will directly influence client engagement, user adoption, and program success, while shaping long-term strategies for training and community programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering learning, training, or engagement experiences for enterprise audiences.
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills in both virtual and in-person settings, creating safe and engaging learning environments.
  • Experience in instructional design, content development, and community program management.
  • Ability to collaborate with external stakeholders, including HR, Learning, or Wellness teams.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Commitment to promoting workplace well-being and mental health, with the ability to communicate this purpose authentically.
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally and work occasional early morning or late evening sessions as required.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, community forums, webinar tools, and collaboration systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training programs for enterprise clients, driving adoption and employee engagement.
  • Develop and manage community programs, including forums, meetups, events, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to clients, advising on engagement strategies and recommending relevant training or community experiences.
  • Collaborate with Client Success, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and client deliverables.
  • Create and update training content and engagement products based on client feedback, business needs, and best practices.
  • Support internal enablement by training facilitator networks and contributing to team-wide learning initiatives.
  • Manage logistics and coordination for high-impact events, client launches, and strategic programs.
