WHAT YOU WILL DO AT VIZANCE Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and requests by phone and email. Policy Information: Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options, and process necessary updates or changes. Renewals: Work with fellow service and sales team members to create and process renewal paperwork. Documentation: Participate in data entry/clean-up to help maintain accurate and organized client information. Other duties as assigned! This position includes many opportunities for advancement. Requirements

  • Customer service mindset
  • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented personality
  • Great attitude and excitement for joining a growing company
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to obtain Wisconsin Property and Casualty Insurance license (expenses paid by Vizance)

Responsibilities
