About The Position

The Client Teams Manager is responsible for the overall management of client relationships, supporting key projects and initiatives, as well as internal communication to achieve established revenue and performance goals. This individual is aligned to a given local geography (zone) in support of the Acxion Foodservice selling organization. The Client Manager is a part of the POD Team, managing a select number of strategic and national clients.

Requirements

• Microsoft Office proficiency, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of SharePoint
• Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
• Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships
• Strong creative problem-solving and project management skills
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical ability
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Travel and driving are not essential duties or functions of this job.
• Education Level:
• Associate’s degree required
• Field of Study in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily client communication within organization.
• Conduct business reviews with clients (annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly) to ensure client needs are met
• Manage client projects to ensure client satisfaction and organizational sales and growth objectives are met.
• Cultivate effective working relationships with clients through managing client expectations
• Analyze, adjust and manage daily objective progress.
• Develop plans to achieve Acxion and Client revenue goals as well as incentive programs defined by assigned Client
• Collaborate with assigned clients, Client Team and Sales Operations personnel to create strategic plans and objectives.
• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports.
• Perform additional duties as required.
