The Client Support Specialist will be a part of Meritain Health, under CVS Health. This person will support our 1:1 renewal and new client onboarding season by performing various quality control checks, specifically within cross-functional teams & processes. They will also support these processes by reviewing intake requests for accuracy, either approving or denying as appropriate.
