WHAT YOU WILL DO Assist the financial advisor team with client service, including scheduling and preparing for client meetings Assist the financial advisor team with client servicing tasks such as account opening, documentation, beneficiary changes, and generating reports. Compiling client financial information and populating data in financial planning software Assist in the analysis of client objectives and development of planning strategies Support advisory team in the preparation and fulfillment of client applications and forms Support the management and administration of Insurance contracts and investment accounts, which may include Life, Disability, Long Term Care, Annuities, Retirement Accounts, and Non-Qualified Accounts. Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., FINRA, ERISA, DOL guidelines). Work with the team to continue to develop, enhance and/or refine the company’s procedures and policies Assists with departmental projects. Performs assigned duties within the department.
