RESPONSIBILITIES Conducts on-boarding calls for new corporate clients on company online university platform Acts as the first point of contact for a corporate clients after the initial sale, and provides guidance through the onboarding process Keeps accurate data and notes in the CRM database for client information and details Manages a Client Support team email inbox to answer client requests as quickly as possible (Zendesk) Learns company content in order to correctly coach clients on the material Participates in company events that host corporate clients Answering all inbound phone calls to the company Moderating events online for the company
