A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT SUPPORT & DATA COORDINATOR I As a Client Support & Data Coordinator I, you will be responsible for conducting scheduled calls with clients to retrieve required data files, verify information and ensure timely submission of updates. You will also be responsible for inputting various types of data into our computer systems or databases which may include alphanumeric data, numerical data, text, and other relevant information. The typical day consists of: Pulling Data from Various Software Sources Printing and Mailing Correspondence Notice Verification within our Systems Loading and Verifying Data into our Systems from various internal and external platforms. Clerical Work Perform Manual Data Entry operational tasks Work side by side with Operations Team Perform other duties as assigned
