About The Position

Seeking Client Support Administrators (CSAs) to provide on-site IT support for end users and IT assets in secure NIPR/SIPR environments supporting 99 CES. Ideal candidates have strong desktop support skills, experience in compliance-driven DoD environments, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of practical IT support experience
  • CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II)
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Experience supporting secure or restricted networks
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • CAC for base access
  • Ability to meet DD254, DISS, and NACI requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or higher in IT or related field
  • USAF / DoD IT environment experience
  • ServiceNow, CIPS, TACLANE, VTC/SVTC, or SharePoint experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and connectivity
  • Support users in secure NIPR/SIPR environments
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, imaging, and network issues
  • Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
  • Perform IT asset management (inventory, tagging, audits, turn-in/disposal)
  • Submit and document tickets (ServiceNow preferred; CIPS a plus)
  • Support TACLANE accountability and VTC/SVTC systems
  • Administer SharePoint permissions and access reviews
