About The Position

We are currently seeking organized and client-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Client Support Administrators. In this role, you will provide administrative and scheduling support while helping ensure a smooth, professional experience for clients from start to finish. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, and managing multiple tasks in a structured environment. You'll play a key role in coordinating details, maintaining accurate records, and supporting clients throughout the process. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed and grow within the role.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on schedule
  • Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Must have access to a computer and reliable internet
  • Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, Australia, Spain, or LATAM regions

  • Customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client bookings, schedules, and confirmations
