About The Position

We’re looking for a high-performing Client Success Specialist to take full control of project execution—from quote to production—and ensure every job is delivered accurately and on time.
Requirements
- 2+ years in client service, project coordination
- Strong systems/technical skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, CRM, MIS)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in printing, direct mail, or digital experience is a big plus
Responsibilities
- End-to-end execution of client projects
- Direct communication with clients and internal production teams
- Turning complex client requirements into flawless execution plans
- Managing multiple fast-moving projects without missing details
- Preventing errors before they happen—not fixing them after
