Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience working as a client happiness coordinator
  • Software: Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
  • High emotional intelligence with ability to navigate sensitive conversations
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented communicator
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptionally responsive and disciplined
  • Self-driven with strong initiative
  • Confident in client interactions
  • Strong triage capability
  • Process-driven and able to follow workflows

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consistent, organized point of contact for clients throughout their cases and advocate for client needs
  • Conduct structured check-in calls with new, existing, and former clients to assess satisfaction, identify concerns, and generate referrals
  • Provide backup phone coverage and intake support during high-volume periods
  • Maintain detailed and accurate CRM documentation and track KPIs related to engagement, retention, and referrals
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience through special touches and suggest improvements to processes and systems
