As a Client Success Specialist I, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our debt settlement program. Your goal is to motivate clients, support their progress, and help them successfully complete the program. You'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound communication, address questions of varying complexity, and ensure all client interactions are documented clearly and accurately. This role reports to the Client Success Manager.
