About The Position

As a Client Success Specialist I, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our debt settlement program. Your goal is to motivate clients, support their progress, and help them successfully complete the program. You'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound communication, address questions of varying complexity, and ensure all client interactions are documented clearly and accurately. This role reports to the Client Success Manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong empathy and desire to support clients through financial hardship
  • Solid judgment, decision-making, and multitasking skills
  • High energy and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM systems, and related tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Clearly communicate our programs and consumer debt relief options
  • Use our CRM to manage, assign, and complete tasks
  • Maintain accurate and complete account notes
  • Handle incoming client requests professionally and promptly
  • Conduct monthly follow-up calls with clients
  • Proactively reach out via multiple communication channels
  • Complete outbound calls and update task statuses
  • Support department operations as needed
