About The Position

Scope Services is seeking a responsible, customer‑oriented Call Center Representative to handle appointment scheduling and support customers with their inquiries or concerns. This fully remote role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication & active listening
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
  • Reliable, distraction-free home office and high-speed internet
  • Responsible, self-directed, and able to work independently
  • Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Previous call center/customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
