The ideal candidate has a vast knowledge of your Region and has a network at local high schools, junior colleges, and small universities. eTeamSponsor is looking for a Regional Account Executive to focus on rapidly growing our industry leading fundraising solution. We are looking for skilled, experienced Sales reps who are self-starters and difference makers in driving revenue growth. You will train in the San Francisco Bay Area and lead in your backyard. Educate high school and college athletic programs how to leverage our platform to achieve and exceed their fundraising goals, develop, and maintain key relationships, and make an impact in your community from day one. We are looking for athletic-minded people who would thrive in building relationships with leaders in sports. Interested applicants should be highly motivated and seek direct control over their financial success with no limits. We love results oriented, disciplined, and highly organized professionals who can work independently from a home office. An affinity towards the high school and college athletic market is desirable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • 1-3 years minimum sales/client success experience (required)
  • Strong face-to-face presentation skills and phone selling skills (required)
  • Experience with CRM’s (required); HubSpot (preferred)
  • Must be located in the Central Time Zone

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth & Account Success: Own and deliver 30% growth across all accounts by ensuring strong client adoption, usage, and long‑term success through proactive engagement and relationship management with coaches and key stakeholders.
  • Lead Client Campaign Lifecycle: Manage the full campaign journey—from quick launch tutorials and campaign builds through launch execution, performance monitoring, post‑launch reviews, and 60–90‑day wrap‑ups, including planning future launches or relaunches.
  • Client Enablement & Support: Conduct organizational user training, provide ongoing technical support, and ensure clients understand best practices to maximize product value and campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Feedback Loop: Partner closely with Account Managers, Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Operations to share updates, provide use cases, surface product feedback or bugs, and stay aligned on workflow or process changes.
  • Operational Excellence & CRM Management: Maintain accurate documentation of all client notes, contacts, and activities in HubSpot CRM, stay informed on invoice status, and ensure clear communication across internal teams.
